Moving Forward – Emotions

There are days when silence says more than words.

When a heart doesn’t seek understanding,

but simply wants to feel that it still beats.

I’ve learned that emotions are not storms to be conquered,

but waves that teach us to float.

That tears do not break,

but soften what was carried too heavily.

Moving forward is not forgetting.

It is breathing, amidst the imperfection.

And knowing that softness is not weakness,

but a choice to remain human.

Avancer–Émotions

Il y a des jours où le silence en dit plus que les mots.

Où un cœur ne cherche pas à comprendre,

mais veut simplement sentir qu’il bat encore.

J’ai appris que les émotions ne sont pas des tempêtes à maîtriser,

mais des vagues qui nous apprennent à flotter.

Que les larmes ne brisent pas,

mais adoucissent ce qui a été trop lourd à porter.

Avancer, ce n’est pas oublier.

C’est respirer, au cœur de l’imperfection.

Et savoir que la douceur n’est pas une faiblesse,

mais un choix pour rester humain.

말보다 더 많은 것을 말하는 날들이 있다.

이해를 구하는 것이 아니라,

단지 여전히 뛰고 있다는 것을 느끼고 싶은 마음.

나는 감정이 정복해야 할 폭풍이 아니라,

우리에게 떠다니는 법을 가르치는 파도라는 것을 배웠다.

눈물은 깨지지 않으며,

무겁게 지고 있던 것을 부드럽게 한다.

앞으로 나아가는 것은 잊는 것이 아니다.

불완전함 속에서 숨 쉬는 것이다.

그리고 부드러움은 약함이 아니라,

인간으로 남기 위한 선택임을 안다.
