Never give up.

And if you ever fall still,

you are not allowed to say,

“I’m done.”

No.

Stand up.

Even if it’s slow.

Even if it’s with support.

Even if it hurts.

Stand up and believe in yourself.

That is what I did.

I am not old.

And yet something happened to me

I never expected.

The inevitable.

It didn’t happen in some dramatic hospital scene.

It happened while I was simply

on my way to a beautiful event.

Just like that.

Life does not check your age.

It does not ask if you feel ready.

It can happen to anyone.

Young. Strong. Busy building dreams.

Do not think,

“Oh, I’m young.”

That is not how life works.

Sometimes it stops you.

Sometimes it makes you relearn how to move.

Sometimes it humbles you.

But falling still

is not the end.

It is an interruption.

And an interruption

is not defeat.

As long as you breathe,

you are not finished.

You rise.

You adapt.

You continue.

And sometimes the greatest victory

is simply standing again.

Never say you’re done.

Rise. Even if it’s slow.
