Somewhere in the mountains, far from the noise of cities,
there’s a town that lives for Christmas.
Every window glows with garlands and light,
every porch carries the scent of pine and hope.
Red pickup trucks roll through the snowy streets,
their backs filled with freshly cut Christmas trees.
Children run toward the little stalls for hot cocoa and marshmallows,
their laughter melting into the music of carolers singing,
“We wish you a Merry Christmas.”
Inside the wooden homes, grandmothers bake cookies —
the kind that fill the air with butter, cinnamon, and love.
Neighbors help, families gather, friends return.
Everyone belongs to everyone for a while.
It’s the kind of Christmas where the world feels gentle again —
where kindness replaces hurry, and peace feels possible.
If only it could stay that way.
If only there were no wars,
no heartbreaks,
just light, laughter, and snow that never melts.
